蘑菇传媒 partnered with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) to deliver Kuwait’s first early production from the remote Mutriba field through the deployment of the Mutriba long-term testing facility (MLTTF). This compact, modular facility—fully qualified for ultrasour service—was designed, fabricated, and commissioned in less than six months, setting a global benchmark for accelerated sour field development.

• Handling ultrasour fluids containing 10–40% H?S, requiring specialized metallurgy and safety design
• Operating in a remote location with no upstream separation or intermediate processing infrastructure
• Managing high-rate multiphase boosting under varying inlet conditions

The solution included the key components below:

• Modular MLTTF facility: Integrated multiphase boosting, separation, flare, and control systems in a compact footprint
• Sour service qualification: Pumps engineered for ultrasour operations, enabling long-distance boosting of unprocessed fluids
• Digital and adaptive operations: High-resolution multiphase metering connected to Symmetry™ process simulation software modeling for real-time gas volume fraction and slugging management
• Thermal management: Integrated heating and chilling systems to stabilize inlet parameters and extend pump life
• Multiphase pump series: Parallel pump setup for high-rate, high-pressure boosting

The Mutriba project delivered the following:
